Our team of highly trained board-certified behavioral specialist use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to treat patients with psychological disorders using the theories and techniques associated with operant conditioning, focusing on observable behavioral cues and symptoms. We provide Applied Behavior Analysis services to our clints who would benefit from this, to establish and enhance socially important behaviors. Such behaviors can include academic, social, communication, and daily living skills; essentially, any skill that will enhance the independence and/or quality of life for the individual. Some of the Applied Behavior Analysis therapies we provide to our clients include: discrete trial training (DTT), modeling, the Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS), and reinforcement systems. Our trained clinicians use Applied behavior Analysis to respond to the mental health needs of our clients by conducting functional behavior assessments. Based on the nature of the assessments, we design treatment plans for individuals with “challenging behaviors” (e.g., violence or self-injury), and we also work with clients to tailor interventions such as positive behavioral support to address specific behaviors.
